Little Big Trees handles only the minimum information needed to coordinate volunteering and participation.
What we collect
When you sign up to volunteer we collect your name, email, phone (optional), university, nationality, languages, and availability. When you take part, QR check-in records your attendance and hours.
How we use it
Only to coordinate volunteering (session invitations, contact) and to keep your verified-hours record and issue certificates.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Ask us at the contact below to delete it.
Third parties
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
